Terms of Use

  • Please read these Terms of Use carefully before subscribing to Transcend. Your subscription confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from subscribing.

  • Transcend reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  • Transcend reserves the right to update, modify, or introduce new subscription plans and terms as necessary to adapt to changing business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • If any material changes impact your rights or obligations, including pricing, refund policies, or subscription features, we will notify you in advance via email/app notification or through our website.
  • Any changes to this Subscription & Cancellation Policy will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these updates periodically.

Cancelling Your Subscription

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing the “Manage Subscription” section in your Transcend profile via our website (transcendstore.com).
  • After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be incurred once the subscription period expires.

Refunds

  • Once the billing cycle begins, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Subscribers can cancel their subscriptions at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing cycle.
  • Refunds may be considered in cases of accidental duplicate charges, technical service failures, or as required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Recurring Payments

  • Transcend subscriptions offer the option of recurring payments, allowing users to make periodic payments for uninterrupted access to services and benefits.
  • By subscribing, you authorize Transcend to automatically charge your selected payment method at designated intervals, ensuring uninterrupted service.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis as per the selected plan.
  • By opting for recurring payment option, you consent to automatic billing in accordance with your subscription cycle.
  • As per RBI guidelines, payment processor will send a pre-debit notification before processing recurring charges.
  • You may cancel auto-renewal anytime via the 'Manage Subscription' section, but changes must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Transcend reserves the right to modify or discontinue the recurring payment option at any time without prior notice.

Termination of Subscription by Transcend

  • As Transcend evolves, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any subscription plan or service offering, either wholly or partially at our sole discretion.
  • The Transcend reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions for the following reasons:
    • Violation of our Terms of Use
    • Failure to make timely payments
    • Fraudulent activity
    • Legal or regulatory compliance
  • In such cases, no refunds will be issued unless required by law.
  • Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with the Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
