Transcend AI cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of any generative AI output. While we are consistently working to improve the accuracy and quality of the content that is generated by our Transcend AI, the use of our service may result in content that may not be accurate. Even though we have trained it to only search from Srila Prabhhupada’s books, it may not give you general queries outside the purview of Srila Prabhupada’s books.

When you use our Transcend AI, you understand and agree that:

• The content provided by the AI may not always be accurate or complete. It should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth, factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice. Engage with the Transcend AI solely for the purpose of understanding and exploring the spiritual texts available in the Transcend app.
• You must evaluate the content generated by the AI for appropriateness and accuracy before using or sharing it in any context. You are responsible for ensuring that the content meets your needs and is suitable for your use case.
• The content provided by the Transcend AI may reflect incomplete or inaccurate information. The responses from Transcend AI remain the property of the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust and are not intended to be shared outside.
• The purpose of Transcend AI is meant to help you to study Srila Prabhupada’s books.

Limitations of the Service

• The Transcend AI is an artificial intelligence system and may not always provide accurate or complete information. The insights and answers provided should be considered supplementary to your personal study and reflection.
• The Transcend AI is limited to providing insights related to the eBooks within the Transcend app and is not intended to offer guidance on topics outside of these texts.
• Responses given by the Transcend AI are concluded by bot strictly referring to BBT books and no other external source but even then the responses may not always be correct or complete. We are continuously working on to refine the responses.

Privacy and Data Use

• Your interactions with the Transcend AI are designed to be private and are governed by Transcend's Privacy Policy. By using the Transcend AI, you agree that Transcend may collect, store, and use data from your interactions for the purpose of improving the service and user experience. Personal information should not be shared with the Transcend AI, as it is not designed to handle sensitive data.
